What data do we collect?

Our company collects the following data:

Form data submitted via our website is kept within the website as a copy in case we need to refer to it.

Our Company will keep your data submitted via forms for up to six months. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data from the database manually.

Marketing

Our Company may like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Our Company Group.

This section reflects your legal right, effective 19 June 2026, to complain directly to us about how we handle your personal data under section 164A of the Data Protection Act 2018.

What happens when you complain?

  1. Acknowledgement – We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it.
  2. Investigation – Our Data Protection officer will investigate your complaint thoroughly and impartially. We will keep you informed of progress.
  3. Outcome – We will write to you with the findings of our investigation and let you know what action, if any, we are taking.
