Deposit and monthly rental payments
Important Information:
A reservation fee of £250.00 is required to secure a property, this amount is deducted from the first monthly rental payment. You
should only pay a reservation fee if you have read and accepted our terms of business. By placing a reservation fee, you accept our terms of business and agree to be bound by them throughout this
transaction. Reservation fees are non-refundable in the event that you withdraw at any stage for whatever reason. In the event that a landlord should withdraw prior to commencement of tenancy, you
will receive a refund limited to a maximum of £250.00. Reservation fees may be paid by cash or BACS, cheques of any kind are not accepted at any stage of the transaction.
Prior to move in date:
- A deposit is required, this is usually equal to 5 weeks rent
- You are also required to pay the first month’s rent in advance
Charges during the tenancy:
- If you need to vacate the property before the break clause, if applicable, you are liable for the rent until the day before a new tenant moves in
- Amendments to the tenancy agreement will incur a charge of £25.00 (This includes adding or removing
tenants from the agreement)
- If your rent is late, a charge of £15.00 is required per letter sent until your rent is brought up to
date.
- If you fail to attend an appointment, a fee of £25.00 is required (This may be a property inspection or
any pre-arranged appointment/viewing that is confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.)
- If a maintenance call is deemed to be your responsibility, you will be charged the invoice amount and payment will be required within 14 days of the invoice
date.
